Kathy Landry Lynch began her legal career in 1999 with a small firm in Lawrence, Massachusetts where she practiced in various legal fields, including family law, probate, bankruptcy, real estate, civil litigation and personal injury law. Desiring for a more focused practice, Kathy opened a solo practice in 2006 continuing her vigorous advocacy with compassion and commitment to her client’s needs. In 2009, Attorney Landry Lynch was offered a unique opportunity to join Sheehan, Schiavoni, Jutras and Magliocchetti, LLP in Haverhill, Massachusetts where she honed her expertise in probate, family law, estate planning and bankruptcy matters. Attorney Landry Lynch joined Black, Vitelli & Pennock, LLC in September, 2015 as an “Of Counsel” attorney practicing in the same core fields with more flexibility to direct her practice, but with a mid-size firm with offices in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Kathy joined SekellaLaw, PLLC in June, 2017 as an “Of Counsel” attorney and continues to offer her New Hampshire and Massachusetts clients focused attention and expertise in the areas of family law, probate/estate planning and bankruptcy. Her dual licensing is a benefit for such cases that have transitioned between the two states.
Education and Achievements
Kathy graduated from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and continued her schooling receiving her Juris Doctorate from Massachusetts School of Law in Andover, Massachusetts. She is admitted to practice in both the state and federal courts in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
Attorney Landry Lynch is a member of Massachusetts and New Hampshire Bar Associations, U.S. District Court for New Hampshire and Massachusetts, HYATT Legal Services, and Lawyers Referral Service.
