Heather M. Sekella, Esq., CFL™, CDFA®

Heather is the lead attorney and owner of Sekella Law, PLLC. She has been practicing family law since 1999. She is a dedicated and passionate advocate for her family law clients. Heather is a Certified Financial Litigator (CFL™) and has the experience and knowledge to assist you with the most complex financial issues in your divorce matter. Her focus practice areas include high asset divorces, alimony disputes, divorces involving businesses, real estate, post-divorce financial disputes and related complex financial issues. Heather is also a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst® practitioner and provides couples as a neutral third-party advisor with a financial analysis for a realistic picture of the financial situation as parties transition to a post-divorce lifestyle. Heather can also prepare financial assessments for one party in divorce litigation, taking into consideration the party’s desired financial terms and the other side’s proposed financial terms. Taylor E. Morgan, CFL

Taylor’s great compassion, communication skills, and legal mind are a few of her top qualities that contribute to a solutions-oriented approach for each case. Her focus practice areas are parenting disputes, divorce, child support, and unwed parenting cases. In addition to being a licensed Attorney in New Hampshire, she is a Certified Financial Litigator (CFL™) and enjoys assisting clients with significant financial issues at stake such as disputed property division, child support and alimony, as well as small business interest issues. Taylor Graduated Cum Laude from Suffolk University Law School with Distinction in the Trial and Appellate Advocacy Concentration. While she remains open to alternative dispute resolution as an effective means of finding a solution in your case, she is equally as prepared and motivated to advocate for your interests in the Courtroom.

Amanda Bradford - Office Administrator

Amanda's career in the legal field as both a paralegal and law firm administrator spans just shy of 20 years. She has extensive experience working for family law firms in New Hampshire and Massachusetts and has been with SekellaLaw, PLLC since 2015, initially as a paralegal, but with the growth of the Firm has transitioned to an administrative role to meet the needs of the Firm. She is also a licensed New Hampshire realtor assisting local buyers and sellers of real estate and offers consultation services for a variety of different needs of individual clients and businesses.

Regan Kulak - Paralegal

Regan is a graduate from Plymouth State University with her Bachelor’s in Criminology, she also holds her Paralegal Certificate from Boston University. Regan has worked in family law exclusively and is passionate for it.  Along with her experience, she is very passionate for helping other and assisting families during a hard time.  She is a hard worker and looks forward to assisting you alongside the Attorney in your matter.

Teri Reinhart - Paralegal

Teri attended Hesser College and holds a bachelor's degree in Business Management. Teri has over 4 years of experience working for family law firms in New Hampshire & Massachusetts. In addition to her experience, she is hard-working and able to assist the attorneys in any way necessary.
